Our Process

  • Onboarding: Consultation & Understanding

    In this stage, we work in collaboration with clients to understand the growth they are looking for. We want to understand on a deep level what is important to our clients and why investment could make a difference. We will use this time to really get to know our clients and their obstacles so we can create a customized proposal.

  • Immersive Development: Testing & Adjusting

    In this phase, a client has selected a path forward and we are focused on accomplishing the client goals. This process identifies limiting factors to implementation that we actively work to remove. We will meet at an interval that is best for the client and the growth journey they chose. In these meetings, we will reflect on the previous actions and discuss next steps. Between meetings, updates and support will be provided as needed and requested.

  • Exit Planning: Discussing Next Steps

    Lastly, we want our clients to feel confident in their ability to navigate sustainable change independently. Therefore, when the time is right, we will exit-plan and discuss potential future obstacles so clients are set-up for lasting success. Of course, we will always be invested in providing support if that is of interest and best for client journeys.
